Hello all. Do not panic - this is very easy. Honestly. So deep breaths and lets go.
To download music from the site. Links to the download are in the 'comments' at the end of each posting, they are 'zipped'' using winrar which the recipient will need to have to unzip it to get to the mp3 files. It can be downloaded free from here:

Take the free version, do not give any details - no need at all.
Once zipped I upload them to an uploading service such as rapidshare. You then collect them for there.
So, let us go get the grooves:
1. Go to the end of the post, click comments and you will see a link to the upload site such as this one:

2. Click it or cut and paste to go to the site.
3.Click the 'free user' option. (never pay, it defeats the purpose of this whole excercise)
4. Stare at the screen until the clock ticks down to 0. (maybe take a moment to reflect on the beauty of a colleague, have a sip of Java or even do some work - you choose, it isn't my place to decide.)
5 Click 'download'.
6 Save to desktop and wait a few minutes (depending on your broadband)
Once completed you will have a .rar file on your desktop. This is the zipped file I mentioned earlier. Do you remember? Good. Nearly there and you are doing very well.
Now we must open the zipped file using winrar. So....
OPEN WINRAR AND CLOSE OUT THE BOX ASKING YOU TO BUY IT. (BUY IT? PUH-LEASE!)
IN WINRAR FIND THE FILE YOU WANT TO OPEN (on your desktop) AND HIGHLIGHT/SELECT.
CLICK ‘EXTRACT TO’.
SELECT ‘DESKTOP’ AND CLICK ‘OK’
YOU NOW HAVE A FOLDER OF MUSIC!
